Day 2: Three Blue Notebooks (wrong text...oops!) Question: how do you cook your sprouts? Add a comment or tweet me your answer @lovelypigeon and they could be yours.
I have got some sprouts growing in my courtyard (alongside parsnips and baby cabbages) so I think that I am going to cook them very simply and add a little bit of butter and pepper so that I can enjoy the homegrown real taste! Hopefully they will have grown by the 25th!
I cook them using a Circus grade Cannon. Unfortunately the act of cooking them fires them into another county. (I hate sprouts).
ReplyDeleteI have never cooked them. My mum does, on Xmas day. I believe she uses a pot, or a pan. Hope this helps.

It varies, but dairy products are almost always involved. I love them with butter and toasted pecans, or with a cheese sauce.
