I have been working on some cushions recently using my ever-expanding pile of vintage textiles. My regular button-forays to the charity shops of Fife and beyond seem to have produced a bit of a fabric mountain too so I thought it was about time I did something about it. I have only used second hand and vintage materials on all these pieces- including all the sewing threads which I also seem to be stockpiling! I have gone for a folky birds/ nautical bunting thing for now but watch this space for further developments... all are available to buy in my Folksy shop this week.
